Vendor Selection

After our initial consultation, we will research and compile a list of trusted vendors whom we believe will achieve your dream wedding within your allotted budget. We will negotiate with these vendors to get you the best deals, saving you time and money. We will set all appointments, attend four venue or vendor meetings, and manage all communication with these vendors

We will assist you in developing the overall aesthetic for your wedding weekend, from the rehearsal dinner décor to your big day décor. We want to turn your vision into a reality!

PARTIAL PLANNING

Partial planning is the perfect package for the bride and groom that want to be very much involved in planning their wedding day but may not know how to do this all on their own. This package is exclusively customizable to each couple and their needs. After your venue is all booked we will come in to help create your vision by providing professional advice, and assistance with booking the rest of your vendors on your wishlist. After our initial consultation, we will research and compile a list of trusted vendors whom we believe will achieve your dream wedding within your allotted budget. We will negotiate with these vendors to get you the best deals, saving you time and money. We will set all appointments and manage all communication with these vendors.

FULL-SCALE MONTH-OF-COORDINATION

This package is designed to make for a stress-free and seamless day. Let us take care of all the hard work setting up, time management, being the point of contact for all vendors, and dealing with all those unforeseen fires in the background so you don’t have to. You will have the assistance of one lead coordinator all day, while you get pampered in hair and makeup, let us do all of the setup for you!

* Package is billed 30% due at contract signing, payment plans available and all remaining balances are due two weeks prior to the wedding date. 

Full-Scale Weddings/Quinces: Starting rate: $2,000.00 

  • 8 hours of service for events ($100.00 per hour after 8 hours)
  • 1-hour Rehearsal
  • Unlimited virtual planning sessions a month prior to your event, working together to finalize all those tiny details
  • Unlimited call/text/email support one month prior to the wedding date
  • Personalized schedule to execute everything you desire for your special day.
  • Act as the “go-to” for any vendors, wedding party, and bride or groom
  • Greet and assist all vendors with their proper setup instructions for the ceremony site as well as the reception site
  • Disbursement of all vendor gratuity and final payments
  • Assist in setting up all ceremony + reception décor such as linens, table décor, place cards, guest book, gift table, programs, menu cards, dessert table, photographs, etc.
  • Distribute all corsages, boutonnieres, and bouquets
  • Manage the timing of the day’s events for the bride and groom, wedding party, family, and vendors
  • Corral family and bridal party for formal photographs to maximize photographer’s time
  • Review seating assignments with ushers
  • Round up, line up, and cue the wedding party when it’s time to walk down the aisle
  • Appropriately cue the ceremony musicians
  • Appropriately cue and prepare you through the grand entrance, toasts, cake cutting, first dance, other dances, garter/bouquet toss, and send off
  • Move any ceremony décor to the reception space
  • Lite all candles and ensure all last-minute touches are completed
  • Ensure all vendors complete all obligations at the completion of their job before exiting
  • Collect wedding gifts, guest book, pen, personal photographs, and other décor items and deliver them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule maintenance for the day-of only
  • All details are taken care of to allow you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry about the background details.

Micro-Wedding/Elopements

Starting Rate: $1,500.00 for 1-40 Guests

  • 5 hours of service for events ($75.00 per hour after 5 hours)
  • Unlimited virtual planning sessions a month prior to your event, working together to finalize all those tiny details
  • Unlimited call/text/email support one month prior to the wedding date
  • Personalized schedule to execute everything you desire for your special day.
  • Act as the “go-to” for any vendors, wedding party, and bride or groom
  • Assist in setting up all ceremony + reception décor such as linens, table décor, place cards, guest book, gift table, programs, menu cards, dessert table, photographs, etc.
  • Manage the timing of the day’s events for the bride and groom, wedding party, family, and vendors
