All full-scale wedding planning package means I will be with you every step of the way to make sure every detail is planned out according to your vision. I will attend meetings with your vendors in person or virtually (prices may differ), communicate with them along the way, and help finalize your plans.
Partial Planning
This is a good option for you if you have a great handle on specific aspects of the wedding but would like some guidance and help in other areas. Partial planning with a planner means we are assisting with some parts of the wedding but not all of them, for instance, vendor recommendation, quote requests, and budget maintenance. In addition, the planner will make sure you have a handle on the comprehensive checklists while you handle the creative aspect of your wedding.
Month Of Coordination
We will gather all your information to create a detailed timeline and get acquainted with your vendors the month before your wedding day. Your coordinator can manage the little logistics and free you to enjoy time with your family and friends. The day of coordination package includes virtual meetings a month before your event to make sure everything goes according to plan.

Anastasia’s Magical Events also offer event styling for the day, including theme and design vision board, design consultation, collaboration with decorators, florist, and even cake suggestions to pull everything together. Our company offers luxurious balloons/backdrops, table scaping, planning, and coordinating. We are here to make your event as magical and cohesive as possible.
